Under the Home Information Pack Regulations 2007 it is now compulsory for owners of properties new to the market, to provide a Home Information Pack before marketing can commence. (Some exclusions apply).

At present the Home Information Pack consists of the following necessary documents:

Index
 - Sale Statement (giving details of ownership)
 - Land Registry Office Copies of Title
 - Local Authority Search
 - Water and Drainage Search
 - Energy Performance Certificate

A Home Information Pack can be provided in-house by Alan Cosgrove Estate Agents, alternatively this can be obtained through your solicitor or an approved Home Information Pack provider.
